These terms supplement our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which apply to anything not covered here. In the event of any conflict, these terms prevail for orders placed during the pre-order period.
1. The seller

2. Purpose and duration of the offer
A pre-order is an advance order: you order and pay for your product during the offer period, at a reduced price, and it is shipped to you before the start of the 2027 season.
The offer applies to any order confirmed and paid from September 23 to October 30, 2026 inclusive. From October 31, 2026, regular prices apply again.
3. Products and prices
Prices include French VAT.

The regular price is the public price applicable outside of promotional campaigns. Pre-order prices are firm: they will not change after you place your order.
4. The free carry bag
For every POD 160 or POD 600 ordered during the pre-order period, the official KAHE carry bag is free: one POD ordered, one bag free. Value: €34 incl. VAT for the POD 160, €64 incl. VAT for the POD 600.
- The bag is shipped with the product.
- Batteries or accessories ordered on their own are not eligible for the offer.
- The bag cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into a price reduction.
- If the bag is unavailable, you will receive a bag of equivalent specifications and value.
- If you withdraw from the purchase or return the POD, the bag must be returned with it.
5. Ordering and payment
Payment is made in full when you place your order. This is what reserves your product and locks in your pre-order price. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received.
6. Delivery
Your order will be shipped from March 21, 2027, from our warehouse in France, in time for the start of the season. We will keep you informed of its progress until it ships.
Free delivery in France, excluding overseas territories and Corsica. For any other destination, delivery costs are your responsibility and are shown before you confirm your order.
The offer is open to customers residing in the European Union countries served by KAHE. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please write to us before ordering.
7. If we are delayed
If your order has not shipped by April 30, 2027 at the latest, you may request a full refund of your order, simply by email and without any penalty. The refund is made within 14 days of your request.
This commitment is in addition to, and in no way limits, your statutory rights in the event of non-delivery (Articles L216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. You may also exercise it as soon as your order is confirmed, i.e. at any time before shipping.
To exercise it, simply send us an unambiguous statement at support@kahe-nautic.com, or use the withdrawal form attached to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We will refund all sums paid, including initial delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your decision. If the product has already been delivered, the refund may be withheld until we have received it back or you have provided proof that it has been sent back. Return costs are your responsibility. The product must be returned complete, with the free bag, in a condition allowing it to be resold.
9. Warranties
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and by the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Every motor and every battery has a unique identifier. You register your product online, where you can view its history and open a support request from the same space.
