The Kahe Guarantee
KAHE products are guaranteed for 2 years.
The warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of parts deemed defective or non-compliant after inspection by us.
The product or parts under warranty must be returned by the buyer to their brand distributor or to our workshops, at their expense and risk, accompanied by a letter explaining the defect and the purchase invoice.
This manufacturer's warranty does not affect any consumer rights applicable under applicable law.
The warranty does not cover breakdowns or malfunctions related to:
- Failure to comply with the instructions for use and precautions described in this manual;
- External elements or misuse of the equipment, such as a fall, shock, accident or act of vandalism;
- Lack of maintenance or care not in accordance with the operations described in this manual;
- Repair, intervention or modification of the card or its assistance, carried out by persons or entities not approved by the brand.
- Normal wear and tear of various components, including: EVA pads, propeller, bearings, sacrificial anode (propeller head), decrease in battery performance over time, wear parts.
For warranty coverage inquiries: After testing and analyzing the product, please send a copy of the purchase invoice, along with a description of the problem and photos if necessary.
