As part of our quality approach and as a precautionary measure, we ask you to temporarily discontinue the use of Kahe POD models purchased in 2023 and 2024.

⚠️ Products concerned:

• Kahe POD (then called Kahe POD 160) purchased in 2023 and 2024 (blue battery)

👉 Not concerned:

• Kahe POD 160 purchased in 2025 (black battery)

The Kahe POD was designed and engineered as a fully waterproof enclosure. However, three situations can cause water to seep inside:

• opening the product without first drying it or changing the battery with wet hands, contrary to the safety instructions clearly indicated in the instructions,
• a significant shock that could crack the product (the instructions specify to no longer use the POD if it is damaged and to contact after-sales service immediately),
• possible assembly problems that may have compromised the waterproofing on certain models.

In these situations, the risk of the battery overheating or even catching on fire cannot be completely ruled out .

As a precaution, we invite you to take the following measures now:

• Disconnect the battery,
• Do not recharge it,
• Do not use your product until further notice.

We are currently conducting investigations to specifically verify the affected batches and understand the causes. We will get back to you shortly with more detailed information and the next steps.
