Battery
The battery is removable.
The Kahe POD with Light battery is authorized on airplanes (in the cabin for the battery).
The Pro battery is not allowed on airplanes.
Lithium-ion technology, LG chem 21700 cells (same as Tesla).
For sessions of up to 2 hours with the engine running with the Light battery, up to 4 hours with the Pro battery.
A full charge takes about 3 hours.

POD 160 + pro battery
Capacity 200 Wh - Nominal voltage: 21.6 V
Caution! The POD does not float in PRO configuration. It floats in Light configuration.
Maintenance and warranty
The Kahe POD is easy to maintain. Here are some recommendations for taking care of it and avoiding injury:
- Avoid heat, do not leave the Kahe POD and its battery in direct sunlight.
- Disconnect the battery when the Kahe POD is not in use.
- Rinse the entire product with clean (non-salted) water after each session. Dry the product thoroughly before opening.
- The Kahe POD electric assistance is equipped with intelligence to automatically cut off propulsion in the event of a fall.
- Do not bring hands or any objects near the propeller.
The legal conformity guarantee is 2 years for the entire product (electric assistance, remote control and battery)

Kahe PODs are equipped with a remote control that easily attaches to any paddle or wrist.
- Fully waterproof remote control IP68 to 5 meters
- 3 adjustable speeds and forward/reverse with the Kahe app.
- Battery indicator for the remaining capacity of the Kahe POD.
- Automatic cut-off if dropped into water.
Kahe Mobile App
All KAHE engines are connected to your smartphone via our mobile app . This allows you to precisely monitor your engine's range , adjust the power to your needs and choose from various usage options. The app also allows you to add accessories such as the beacon or connect a second engine to double your power and range in Bi-Propulsion configuration.
